At Scentporium we hand pick all of your scented candles & wax melts orders and pack them with the greatest care to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition and on time.
Orders in the UK are processed within 1-3 working days depending on our volume of orders, but may take 3-5 working days to arrive. Parcels are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Parcels bound for Islands offshore (excluding the Channel Islands) or Scottish Highlands will be sent by Royal Mail. These deliveries will be made between 3-5 working days and will not require a signature. A card will be left if you are not in, directing you to reschedule a delivery or pick up from your local collection point. In exceptional circumstances charges may occur on parcels bound for Islands offshore and Scottish Highlands - please contact us for further information.
Working days include Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays in UK.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Scentporium, our goal is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. That's why, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns up to 28 days from the date of purchase. You must return the goods in the condition that you received them. We shall not accept used products or those returned in an unsuitable condition.
Please email us with your name, phone number and order number and we shall contact you within 24 hours.
On approval, you will be asked to send back the goods clearly stating your full name and order reference number. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed. Depending on your reason for returning you will not be refunded any original delivery charges. If you qualified for free shipping on your order and we covered the expense, this will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow returns procedures set out above. We will refund you the purchase price and the delivery charge we charged you.
When returning items, you are recommended to keep a proof of posting and to use a tracked service. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
